Prepare Before Yoga 1)YOGA should be done empty stomach. 2)The YOGA space should be opean and surrounded by free, fresh and clean atmosphere. 3)Wear minimum while doing YOGA offcource do not promote nudity. 4)The platform of performing YOGA should be plain and leveled. 5)Apply some mattress or do any other work to make the platform not hurt you. 6)The DON is the best time of doing YOGA. If this time is not possible please make sure not to consume any thing for few hours. Four hours is suggested. 7)Never hurry or be a slow bum in conducting YOGA.Be calm and let the moments of limbs come natural. 8)Your state of mind should be alight, free from anexsites of any kind. Try to be closer to nature an also feel so. 9)Perform YOGA regularly.Do not allow anyone including yourself to break your daily time-table. 10)Do not think of food as you work out Yoga as they produce unwanted side effects on our body-works. 11)Leave habits of consuming alchols, drugs or any other drugging materials, red-chilli as they take your body away from your mind where as the basic property of YOGA is to bring mind and body togather. 12)Do not expect immidiate effect of yoga, give it time of atleast few weeks. 13)Flush yor galblader and intestines(both large and small if you can) and wash to be fresh. Better bath with almighty water. Yoga would only makes you fresher. 14)Most normal and abnormal people can do it. Pregnent men(as I have heard) and women or may be people in certain medical stuation are excused. 15)Use your senses intelligently. Do not watch or speak while doing YOGA. 16)We have been gifted with nose use it to breath do not breathe through your mouth or ears.Breathe systamaticly. Take in deep breath and exaust it out maximum without straining your self any how.It is important. 17)---KILL LAZINESS----.
