YOGA is an yet another gift of ancient Hindu culture to the present world. YOGA is reffered in ancient text of Vedas. The exact time of origin of Yoga are unknown but is considered centuries old and around 200B.C., Rishi Patanjali gave YOGA a writern form, which till then was in a verbal form. Yoga is a path of unity.Unity of body and mind, it unites us to the universe-our mind,our surroundings, to the super natural. It alignes our mind, body, organs in a perfect harmony. It is a path for those who quest for knowledge and self-realisation.
